Who we are
Delahaye Solutions, based in Voerendaal, the Netherlands, is the controller for the personal data processed through this website. Contact: loekdelahaye@gmail.com.
What data we process
Through the contact form we process: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional) and the content of your message. In addition, our analytics services process aggregated usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you. We do not process special categories of personal data.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your contact details solely to respond to your request and to prepare or perform our collaboration. Legal basis: consent and/or pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We do use carefully selected processors who process data on our behalf: Resend (delivery of contact-form emails), Vercel (website hosting) and Google Analytics (statistics). Data processing agreements are in place with these parties.
Transfers outside the EU
Some processors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We keep your contact details no longer than needed to handle your request, with a maximum of 12 months after the last contact, unless a collaboration arises for which a longer (statutory) retention period applies.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to received messages.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and data portability, and you can withdraw any consent at any time. Contact us via loekdelahaye@gmail.com; we respond within 30 days.
Filing a complaint
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
